Great marketing doesn’t happen by accident…

Great marketing
doesn’t happen
by accident…

It starts with
the right
people

We’re a close-knit team of strategists and creatives on a mission to help our clients build brands people genuinely buy into.

Fuelled by a shared love for the hospitality industry – and a healthy dislike of boring marketing – we take a people-first approach to everything we do. That means putting your audience at the centre of your strategy, crafting campaigns that resonate emotionally and perform commercially.

We don’t just deliver campaigns – we become a trusted extension of your team. We’re the ones you turn to when you need a big idea, a second opinion, or just a partner who gets it (and gets results).

The
Journey
So Far

Meet the Founders

Back
in 2014

We started jobs on the same day in the same marketing team – two complete strangers with no idea we’d one day end up running a business together.

Exactly two
years later

We both handed in our notice on the same day and set off to travel the world as best friends. What started as a backpacking trip quickly turned into something more – we found ourselves immersed in the hospitality industry, staying and working in hotels and hostels around the world.

We noticed
something
along the way

Even the most unforgettable stays weren’t always showing up in the best light online. Hospitality businesses often struggled to tell their story in a way that would connect with modern travellers. We started to ask: what if we could change that?

From a hostel balcony in South Africa, the idea for Stay the Night was born.

We started the business with a clear intention to do things differently to the traditional agency model. No faceless meetings, no generic work – just a committed team working closely with people we genuinely liked, on brands we truly believed in.

Today, we’re proud to partner with hotels, hostels and hybrid hospitality companies all over the world.

We’ve grown from a two-person idea to a specialist team of strategists and creatives – but our love for the industry hasn’t changed a bit.

About Rosie

A big-picture thinker with an eye for detail, Rosie is the person you want in the room when you’re stuck on a challenge or need a bold new direction. She leads with creativity, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the hospitality space – creating the kind of “what if we…” moments that push our work (and our clients) to exciting new places. Whether she’s rethinking a brand’s positioning or spotting the next big shift in traveller behaviour, Rosie’s ability to see what’s coming (before it hits your radar) is what makes her our very own visionary.

When she’s not plotting our next big move, she’s likely hopping between cities, curating hyper-specific Spotify playlists (72 and counting), or catching the latest photography exhibition.
What our clients say

“It’s great to have a partner who just gets it and can pinpoint exactly what we need – you’ve nailed the brief and even gone beyond our expectations. It’s rare to work with someone who’s so creatively switched on, but also completely grounded in what works.”

About Charlotte

Charlotte is the powerhouse behind our client partnerships – a strategist-meets-sounding-board with a sixth sense for knowing exactly what a client needs (even before they do). She also knows the hospitality industry like the back of her hand and brings this passion into every project, whether she’s guiding the team through a complex brief or helping a client navigate their next big launch.

From the first call to final deliverable, Charlotte doesn’t just make sure everything runs smoothly – she does so with genuine care that our clients can feel. It’s this people-first approach that sets her, and Stay the Night, apart.

Off duty? If she’s not adding to her ever-growing list of “must visit hotels”, she’s probably powering through a novel or unapologetically deep into the latest reality TV binge (we respect the balance).
What our clients say

“It’s such a great experience to work with you – thank you for your expertise, and your patience and kindness with every little crazy idea that comes to my mind! You’ve made things so smooth on our end – it’s honestly felt like we’re in great hands from the beginning.”

About Millie

Known for her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and killer organisation skills, Millie leads on campaign development and content direction across our clients. Her days are spent bringing big ideas to life and ensuring every campaign is grounded in insight, not just aesthetics. Basically, she’s the person you want on your team when you need smart, scroll-stopping work that gets results.

When she’s not busy turning trends into tactics, you can most likely find her planning her next spontaneous trip, squeezing in a Pilates session or hosting one of her legendary dinner parties.

What our clients say

“You’re honestly such a joy to work with – from day one we felt completely in sync. Beyond the results, it’s your detail, energy and organisation that really stand out.”

About Beth

Creative, clever, and effortlessly on top of the latest trends, Beth brings a rare mix of strategic thinking and practical know-how to everything she touches. From content planning to community management, she’s the reason our clients’ socials don’t just look great – they drive engagement and results that surpass expectations. Her sharp eye for detail and instinct for what makes people click (and comment) helps brands grow communities that actually care.

Away from the algorithms, Beth’s usually exploring a new city, hanging with her dog Charlie, or deep in a new creative side quest – from songwriting to crochet (yes, really).

What our clients say

“The attention to detail is second to none. We’ve never seen such high engagement rates… I’ve noticed a huge difference in the quality of our accounts since you took over. You do amazing work and it’s a huge pleasure to work with you.”

About Indy

With a proven track record of turning clicks into conversions and over £250m in ad spend under his belt, Indy leads our paid advertising across both social and search. Whether he’s building high-converting funnels, optimising ad creative, or delving into the data to uncover new opportunities, he’s the one making sure every pound (or euro, or dollar…) of your ads budget is working overtime.

Clients trust Indy not just for his results (think big boosts in bookings and sky high ROIs), but for his clear, no-fuss communication and strategy-first mindset.

Off the clock, you’ll find Indy working out in the gym or planning his next family trip (travelling with kids and media budgets: equally tactical).

What our clients say

“We’ve never been able to actually track the bookings from our ads like this before – it’s made such a difference. The ROI this quarter has been incredible, and we completely trust Indy’s recommendations. He just makes everything feel easy.”

About Ariana

With a natural instinct for brand storytelling and a hands-on approach to creating content that actually connects, Ariana supports on content creation, planning, and community management across our client social media accounts. From building out TikTok calendars to producing viral-ready content that feels fresh and on-brand, she brings energy, creativity, and consistency to everything she works on – helping our clients grow (and keep) highly engaged audiences.

Outside of work, Ariana’s probably chasing golden hour at the beach (she’s working remotely from Sydney right now!), hunting down local foodie hotspots or scrolling Skyscanner to plan the next leg of her trip.

What our clients say

“We’ve seen such impressive social media growth since Ariana started working on our account. She’s enthusiastic, easy to work with and consistently delivers on-brand content that hits the mark with our audience.”
