As hybrid hospitality specialists, we have seen industry and investor interest in the concept grow exponentially over the past seven years.
Demand from both investors and consumers has led to established hybrid hospitality brands expanding quickly as well as a significant rise in new hybrid concepts entering and dominating the market.
So, what’s happening this year? Here are 20 of the most exciting European hybrid hospitality openings in 2026…

JAM’s distinctive interiors, led by creative director Lionel Jadot, combine bold materials, playful design and upcycled elements that reflect the character of each location.
Since launching in Brussels in 2016 and expanding into Lisbon and Ghent, JAM has catered to a range of target guest segments including modern travellers, culture seekers and local creatives seeking more than just a place to sleep. With a focus on affordability, sustainability, and community engagement, the brand continues to redefine urban hospitality in Europe.

The Dean blends music, art, F&B and design to create culturally attuned spaces that appeal to both travellers and locals. With additional openings planned in Munich and Miami, the brand is evolving from a cult Irish name into a wider network of boutique hotels with a shared creative spirit.
