11. 25HOURS HOTELS

With 14 properties across major cities including Berlin, Vienna, Florence, Copenhagen and Paris, 25hours Hotels is a design-led hospitality brand known for its playful storytelling, bold interiors and strong ties to local culture. 

Their Paris outpost, 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord, opened in 2019 as the brand’s debut in France. Set directly opposite Gare du Nord, the hotel draws inspiration from the vibrant multiculturalism of the 10th arrondissement. Each of the 237 rooms combines colour, texture and local references to create a stay experience rooted in its surroundings.

Pilo Hotel is owned and operated by Hirundi, a French hospitality company focused on creating socially and environmentally responsible hospitality spaces..

14. LIFE HOTELS

Life Hotels is a French hybrid hospitality brand designed for today’s urban traveller, offering a fluid mix of accommodation, coworking and social spaces across its properties in Bordeaux and Marseille.

The concept is built around flexibility and affordability, targeting city explorers, digital workers and short-stay guests seeking more than just a bed for the night. Each hotel combines compact, functional rooms with shared areas for working, eating and relaxing including communal kitchens, meeting rooms and open-plan lounges.

Life Hotels is owned and operated by Beautiful Life Hotels Group. While no new locations have been officially announced, the brand forms part of the group’s wider ambition to grow a next-gen hospitality portfolio that blends comfort, community and convenience.

15. JOST

Opened in 2022, JOST is a bold new player in France’s hybrid hospitality scene – combining hotel-level comfort with hostel energy and lifestyle-led programming, all at an accessible price point.

19. LE BARN
